Refund Policy

At Firetail Golf, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
  • All tags must be attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

To start a return, contact us at contact@firetailgolf.com.au with your order details.

2. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

We do not refund:

  • Shipping costs
  • Items returned damaged, used, or without original tags
  • Gift cards

3. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item (for example, for a different size), please contact us first at contact@firetailgolf.com.au.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please get in touch as soon as possible.

Send an email to contact@firetailgolf.com.au with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the fault or damage

We will assess the problem and offer a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.

If an issue arises after the item has been used, feel free to reach out — we're happy to review case-by-case.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items (if applicable and clearly marked at checkout)

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

Unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

7. International Orders

International customers may return items under the same conditions as domestic customers.
However:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping
  • Customs or import charges are not refunded by Firetail Golf
